Are you a yoga teacher who…

-
Doesn’t get to practice as often as you would like?
-
Likes to learn and wants to sharpen your skills teaching slow, healing vinyasa?
-
Is not sure how to adapt a class to meet the needs of new students while still challenging experienced ones?
-
Wants to help your students learn yoga, not just practice it, so they can have autonomy and adapt it meet their needs?
-
Learns best by experiencing a thing first, then talking about it?
-
Yearns to ham it up in class a little — in equal measure to working hard and chilling out?

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
For 5 Thursdays, you will practice my 75 minute Playful Foundation Flow from 9:30-10:45a via Zoom — then stay on the same Zoom link for a 45 minute conversation where we will break down and workshop elements and skills from the class, and I will answer questions. You will then apply your takeaways to your upcoming classes and text or message me and/or your cohort (littermates) with any insights, victories, or stuff you're still working on so we can keep the learnin' rollin' between sessions.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
-
Have you taken a 200 hour yoga teacher training and want to work one-on-one with an experienced teacher to take your teaching, leading, and expression confidently into new territory?
-
Do you want to learn the skills to deliver impactful, playful, safe vinyasa classes that speak to all body types and levels of experience?
-
Are you interested in developing your teaching to include Yin Yoga to create balance in your offerings?
-
Are you curious about how to shape the energy in any class so your students leave with a more grounded nervous system then when they arrived?
-
Do you want to integrate more simple breathwork techniques and healing modalities into your Flow and Yin classes?
-
Are you willing to be vulnerable, to risk making “mistakes,” and get constructive feedback?
-
Do you learn best by doing, talking it through — and laughing — with the attention to detail that will help you hone in on your own individual, intuitive style of teaching?
We will get compassionately curious about what is working and not working in your teaching so you can rumble with it and remove the rubble that blocks your expression. This leads to making a real impact on students and the world.
WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
Individualized mentoring to meet your goals. It can look like anything we want. Generally, it involves you taking some of my classes, me taking some of your classes, and us talking about it. Each session we take/talk, I’ll send ya out with homework — be it watching a video, reading a thing, screaming your ass off on the top of a hill, or petting your favorite human or animal while you breathe slowly.
One never knows.
